Craig Roberts, CLTP

President

Craig Roberts has been a Title Agent duly licensed with Pennsylvania Insurance Commission since 1988. Mr. Roberts also maintains a real estate Broker license under the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission since 1985.

In 1998 Mr. Roberts received the professional designation of Associate Land Title Professional (ALTP) from the Pennsylvania Land Title Association (PLTA). In June 2000 Mr. Roberts earned the Association’s senior designation of Certified Land Title Professional (CLTP). The Pennsylvania Land Title Association considers the ALTP/CLTP designations to “represent the highest measure of achievement in the land title profession” and is awarded “to those persons who have demonstrated a proficient knowledge of land title insurance through education, experience, performance” and professional service. In 1985 Mr. Roberts received the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors’ GRI designation upon completion of the Realtors Institute course of studies.

Mr. Roberts is a past-President of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. He has also served upon numerous committees with the PLTA, the American Land TItle Association and the Real Estate Service Providers Council, including the Closing, Government Affairs, Technology and Title Issues (Chair) Committees,
